10 qualified leads in 90 days, or your next 90 days carry no agency fee.
This is the whole guarantee in plain English: what counts as a lead, what does not, what we owe you if we miss, and the conditions that keep it alive. It is a summary of Section 4 of our service agreement, written so you can read it before you sign rather than after.
Smart Marketing First guarantees at least 10 qualified leads captured and logged by our tracking systems during the 90 day guarantee period, which runs from your Campaign Launch Date. A qualified lead is a real inbound inquiry from someone in your service area asking about the services you sell: a tracked call over 30 seconds, a completed form, a chat or direct message, or a booking request. If fewer than 10 are logged, you get one additional 90 day service period with no agency fee, requested in writing within 14 days of the period ending. It is a guarantee of lead volume delivered, not of revenue, bookings or closed jobs, and it is not a refund.
The guarantee applies to Local Growth System packages where it is marked yes in Schedule A of your agreement. Conditions, exclusions and the full list of what does not count as a lead are all set out below rather than buried.
A qualified lead is a verifiable inbound inquiry from a real person in, or seeking service in, your service area, asking about the commercial services you sell. It has to be captured and logged by our tracking systems, and it has to come from a marketing asset we manage.
Leads count whether or not the person has bought from you before. We have no way to check your customer history, so we make no claim about which leads are new to you.
Every excluded category is one we can identify from the recording or the submission itself. None of them depend on whether the job closed.
The 90-Day Lead Guarantee applies to Local Growth System packages where it is marked yes in Schedule A of your service agreement. The 90 day period starts on your Campaign Launch Date, which is the date we confirm in writing that all tracking is live and advertising campaigns have started serving. If no Campaign Launch Date is recorded in Schedule A, the guarantee does not begin and does not apply.
Ask us which of our plans includes it before you sign. It is written on your Schedule A either way, so you never have to guess.
The guarantee is a number, so the number has to be visible. You see every lead we count, every month, and you can challenge any one of them.
We confirm in writing that tracking is live and campaigns are serving. The 90 days start here.
Each qualified lead listed by date, source and channel. Dispute window opens.
Ten or more logged, the guarantee is met. Fewer, and the remedy is available to you.
Written notice within 14 days of the period ending. Miss that window and the remedy is waived.
Note on timing: any day a guarantee condition is not met is a suspended day, and each one pushes the end of the guarantee period back by a day. Your monthly report shows where the period currently ends, so the deadline is never a surprise.
If fewer than 10 qualified leads are logged during the guarantee period, you get one additional 90 day service period with no agency fee. We keep running your campaigns, your tracking and your follow-up for another quarter, and you do not pay us for that work.
You have to ask for it in writing within 14 days of the guarantee period ending. Email info@smartmarketingfirst.com. If that window passes without notice, the remedy is waived. We will flag the deadline in your final report, but the notice has to come from you.
During the additional period you still cover third party costs: advertising spend at no less than your Schedule A minimum, hosting, CRM, telephony and AI usage fees. All the conditions below still apply. The additional period is not itself covered by the guarantee, and the remedy can be used once.
This is continued work, not money back. It does not include a refund, credit, rebate, damages or a reduction of fees already paid. That is consistent with our Refund Policy.
The guarantee assumes the system can actually run and that we can measure it. These are the conditions from your agreement, in plain English, and there are no others.
The minimum monthly advertising spend in your Schedule A is maintained, funded and uninterrupted, for the whole period.
Third party services needed to deliver the work stay live: hosting, CRM, telephony and AI usage tokens.
Recommended changes are approved, or rejected with a reason, within five business days of being sent to you.
No changes to the website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts or connected social accounts without our written approval first. Unannounced edits break tracking and skew the count.
Call tracking numbers, form endpoints, conversion tags and CRM integrations are not altered, disabled, removed or bypassed.
No payment more than seven days overdue at any point in the period.
Logins, content and images provided within seven days of request, and your business hours, address and phone kept accurate.
Any day a condition above is not met is a suspended day, and the guarantee period is extended by one day for each. If suspended days total more than 14, the guarantee is void.
None of these are judgment calls on our side. Each one is something visible in the account, the tracking or the billing record, and we will raise it with you at the time rather than at the Day 90 review.
We guarantee lead volume, because lead volume is what we control. Being straight about the rest is the reason the promise above is worth anything.
Everything outside Section 4 of the agreement is provided as is. If an agency will guarantee you a number one ranking, ask them to put the mechanism in writing. Rankings are decided by Google, not by any agency.

A phone call over 30 seconds to a tracking number we manage. A completed contact, quote, consultation or intake form with real contact details. An inbound chat or direct message. A booking request through a booking system we manage. Or any other inbound inquiry our tracking captures from an asset we manage.

Spam, bots, vendor sales pitches and marketing solicitations. Test submissions, our own audits and job seeker inquiries. Wrong numbers, calls under 30 seconds with no message, and inquiries clearly outside your service scope. Duplicate inquiries from the same person about the same matter within 30 days, where the first counts and the rest do not.
You can dispute the classification of any lead in writing within 14 days of the report it appears in.
You get one additional 90 day service period with no agency fee. You must request it in writing within 14 days of the guarantee period ending, or the remedy is waived. During that period you still cover third party costs, including ad spend at no less than your Schedule A minimum, hosting, CRM, telephony and AI usage.
The remedy can be used once, and the additional period is not itself covered by the guarantee. It is continued work, not a refund, credit or rebate. See our Refund Policy.
Yes. It is void if the account is not in good standing, if tracking infrastructure is altered, removed, disabled or bypassed, if suspended days exceed 14 in total, or if the business information, service area or service scope you gave us is materially inaccurate.
A suspended day is any day a guarantee condition is not met, and each one extends the guarantee period by a day rather than ending it.
No. Rankings are Google's decision and we do not control third party platforms, so we make no promise about rankings, traffic or ad performance. We also make no promise of revenue, sales, bookings or return on investment. What we guarantee is lead volume delivered and logged. Quoting, following up and closing the work stays with you.
