1. General Rule

Fees paid to Smart Marketing First Digital Inc. ("Smart Marketing First", "we", "us", "our") are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Service. If anything here appears to conflict with the Terms, the Terms apply.

2. Digital and Intangible Services

Digital and intangible services are non-refundable. This includes consulting, SEO, AI SEO, GEO, marketing strategy, optimization work, and digital assets, regardless of the outcome achieved.

3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once we begin work, because they reserve our capacity and fund initial production. If work has not yet started, contact us in writing and we will review the request.

4. Recurring Optimization Plans

SEO, AI SEO, GEO, and related optimization Services carry an initial minimum commitment of 3 months, which is non-refundable.
After the minimum term, these Services renew month to month and fees already charged for a billing cycle are non-refundable.
To stop future charges, you must give 30 days written notice to Payment@smartmarketingfirst.com. You remain responsible for fees during the minimum term and the notice period.

5. If We Have Not Shown Results

Our optimization Services are covered by the 90 Day Guarantee. If we do not demonstrate measurable improvement within 90 days of active work beginning, we continue optimization at no additional service cost until measurable improvement is achieved. This is a continued-work guarantee, not a refund.

6. Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or billed after a properly submitted cancellation notice, contact us in writing and we will review your account. Confirmed billing errors of this kind are corrected or refunded.

7. How to Raise a Payment Dispute

Any payment or refund dispute must first be submitted to us in writing at Info@smartmarketingfirst.com before any other action, including a chargeback. We will review your account and respond.
