That means we are not going anywhere. No refund runaround. No blame game. We stay on and keep working.

What "measurable improvement" means: more inbound calls, more form submissions, more booked jobs. We track these together from Day 1 so there is no disagreement about the baseline.

The guarantee applies when the client has completed onboarding, provided required assets on time, and responded to leads within a reasonable window. We cannot guarantee results if leads go unanswered for days.

It depends on the channel, but here is a realistic picture:

  • Google Business Profile: Improvements in local map pack visibility typically show within 30-60 days.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads: Lead flow usually starts within the first 1-2 weeks after launch. The first 30 days are about learning and optimizing.
  • SEO and organic content: 60-120 days before meaningful ranking shifts. This is a slow burn that compounds over time.
  • Reputation and reviews: A strong review push can move your star rating and review count within 30-45 days.

No, and anyone who promises a specific lead number or revenue target is lying to you. There are too many variables we do not control: your pricing, your close rate, your response time, your market competition.

What we can guarantee is measurable improvement in the metrics we manage together. More calls. More form fills. More visibility. Better conversion from your Google listing. These are things we directly influence and can track with data.

Pricing

We have three productized plans:

  • Visibility Plan - $397/month: Google Business Profile management, review generation, local SEO basics. Good for businesses that just need to show up consistently in search and maps.
  • Growth System - $797/month: Everything in Visibility plus a CRM pipeline, automated lead follow-up, and monthly reporting. This is our most popular plan.
  • Full Growth - $1,497/month: Everything in Growth System plus Google or Meta ad management. For businesses ready to put fuel on the fire.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +

No long-term contract. We work month to month with 30 days notice to cancel.

We do ask for a 90-day commitment when you start, because that is the minimum time needed to actually measure results. If you cancel inside 90 days you forfeit the results guarantee, since we have not had time to do our job.

After 90 days, you own everything: the CRM data, the automations, the review system, the ad accounts. You are never held hostage to continue working with us.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee? +
Setup

Yes. There is a one-time onboarding fee that covers the initial build: CRM setup, automations, ad account configuration, website work if included, and the strategy session.

The exact amount depends on the plan and your starting point. We confirm it during the free audit call before you commit to anything.

Some clients come with systems already partially in place and need less build time. Others are starting from scratch. The onboarding fee reflects the actual work involved.

Is ad spend included in the monthly price? +
Ad Budget

No. The monthly fee covers our management, strategy, and labor. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta by you, separate from what you pay us.

We recommend a minimum monthly ad budget of $500-$1,000 for Google Ads to get meaningful data. Meta Ads can often start lower. We help you set a budget that makes sense for your market before launching anything.

One advantage: since you pay the platforms directly, there is no markup on your ad spend. You see exactly what you are spending and exactly what you are getting back.

What exactly is the free audit and what happens on that call? +
First Step

The free audit is a 30-45 minute call where we look at your business together. Before the call, we review your Google Business Profile, current website, competitor positioning, and any digital footprint you already have.

On the call we cover:

  • Where leads are currently coming from and where they are falling off
  • How your online visibility compares to your top 3 local competitors
  • What your biggest opportunity is right now given your market
  • Whether we are actually a good fit for your situation

You leave the call with a clear picture of where you stand and what would actually move the needle. There is no pressure to sign up. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

This audit would cost $497 as a standalone service. We offer it free because the best clients are informed clients.

How quickly can we get started after I decide to move forward? +
Timeline

Fast. Here is the standard timeline after you sign the agreement and pay the onboarding deposit:

  • Day 1: Strategy session to finalize your plan and gather access credentials
  • Days 2-9: System build - CRM, automations, GBP optimization, ad accounts
  • Day 10: Go-live walkthrough where we walk you through everything and hand you the keys

Most clients are fully live within two weeks of signing. The biggest delays are usually on the client side: getting access to accounts, providing photos, or waiting on approvals.

What do I need to provide to get started? +
Your Responsibilities

We ask for three things to move quickly:

  • Account access: Google Business Profile, Google Ads (if applicable), Meta Business Manager, your website admin login. We walk you through granting access securely.
  • Brand assets: Your logo file, a few good photos of your work, team, or location, and your service area.
  • Responsiveness: When leads start coming in, responding within a few hours makes a massive difference in close rate. The automation handles the first touch, but a human needs to close the job.

We handle everything else. You do not need to be technical. You do not need to understand any of the tools we use.

I am already working with another marketing company. Can I switch? +
Switching

Yes, and we do this regularly. A few things to know:

  • Check your current contract for cancellation terms and notice periods before switching
  • Make sure you own your own ad accounts and website. Any agency that owns those assets on your behalf is a red flag.
  • We can review what your current provider has built and tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what needs to be rebuilt

We have taken over accounts that were well-managed and accounts that were complete disasters. In either case, the audit call gives you an honest picture of where things stand before you pay us a dollar.

What is GoHighLevel and do I need to pay for it separately? +
Platform

GoHighLevel is the platform we use as the central hub for your CRM, automated follow-up, review requests, pipeline tracking, and reporting. Think of it as the operating system for your lead generation.

GoHighLevel access is included in the Growth System and Full Growth plans. You do not pay for it separately.

On the Visibility plan, we manage your Google presence directly without a full CRM setup.

If you cancel working with us after the initial 90 days, we can help you migrate your data and automations so you are not left with nothing.

Do I need to have a website already? What if my site is outdated? +
Website

A website is not required to start, but it helps. Many of our clients generate leads primarily through their Google Business Profile, which does not require a website at all.

If you have an outdated website, we will tell you honestly during the audit whether it is costing you leads or whether it is fine as-is. We do not push unnecessary website rebuilds.

If your site needs work, we can handle that as part of the Growth System or Full Growth plans. We build on WordPress. We do not build on Wix.

Do I own my accounts, data, and assets? +
Ownership

Yes. Everything is yours.

  • Your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts are in your name. We work as an authorized manager.
  • Your Google Business Profile stays fully in your control.
  • Your website is on your hosting, in your name.
  • Your CRM data and automation templates can be exported if you leave.
  • Any content, reviews, or reputation work we do benefits your business, not ours.

We are deeply uncomfortable with the agency model where the client loses everything if they cancel. It creates a dependency that is bad for everyone. You should always be able to walk away with your assets intact.

How do I know if it is actually working? What does reporting look like? +

Monthly reports are included in the Growth System and Full Growth plans. Reports cover:

  • Google Business Profile impressions, calls, and direction requests
  • Review count and rating trend
  • Ad performance: impressions, clicks, cost per lead
  • CRM pipeline: leads received, follow-ups sent, open conversations
  • Comparison to the prior month and the baseline we set at the start

We use plain language, not charts full of vanity metrics. The report is designed to answer one question: are you getting more business than before we started?

How much of my time does this take? +
Time Commitment

After the initial onboarding, very little. The whole point of the system is to run without you babysitting it.

During onboarding (first 2 weeks): Expect to spend 3-5 hours total, mostly providing access, reviewing the strategy, and doing the go-live walkthrough call.

Ongoing monthly: We ask for 30 minutes each month for a reporting review call. Outside that, the main thing we need from you is responding to leads quickly when they come in.

If you are spending more than an hour per month on this outside of reviewing reports, something is wrong with the system. Let us know and we fix it.

Do you work with businesses outside of BC? +
Location

Primarily we work with businesses in the Lower Mainland and BC, where we know the local market well.

We do take clients in other Canadian cities and select US markets when it is a clear fit. The same commitment applies: we only grow when our clients grow, regardless of location.

If you are outside BC, mention it during the audit call and we can give you an honest assessment of whether we can serve your market as effectively.
